Children's Martial Arts
Age: 7 - 14

Our children's martial arts classes are ideal for ages 7 - 14 years and will focus on developing confidence, control, self defence, awareness and fitness.
On top of this our Juniors and kids will begin to learn a martial arts system that will grow with them and be there for them all the way into adulthood. Within these classes we also introduce more about respect, confidence and discipline.

Family Martial Arts
Age: 7 - Adult
Fitness: All abilities
Classes: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
Many Parents have expressed over the years how they would love to train in something like a martial art alongside their kids but couldn't find something suitable.
We looked to solve that challenge by running martial arts classes in Hastings where parents, carers, sons and daughters can all train together. We still ensure Adults train with Adults and Juniors with Juniors whilst you all train in the same hall during the same class.

Adult Martial Arts
Age: 14+
Fitness: All abilities
Classes: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat
Our Adult training classes are a mixture of Martial Arts, body conditioning, flexibility training and more designed to provide our students and members with a full body workout while learning the key elements of self defence and martial arts.
The Adult Hastings classes are suitable for those age 14+ with no upper age limit, we accommodate a range or abilities, fitness levels and reasons to want to exercise.

Self defence and sparring
Age: 10+
Fitness: Some cardio
Classes: Sat
These specialised classes are designed to translate what is learnt in class into the real world of self defence and competition sparring.
Build around the structure of Attitude, Awareness and Action these classes bring together the martial arts knowledge and give confidence to apply this as required.
These classes are open to all existing students from age 10 upwards.
We welcome new beginners or those that may have tried previous martial arts such as Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Kickboxing and others.
